Greenwood
Step Back in Time
Greenwood is the smallest incorporated city in Canada. It is found on Highway #3 in the Boundary area between the Okanagan Valley and the West Kootenay regions. Tourists are drawn to the town for its wonderfully preserved Victorian-era heritage buildings as well as its inspiring natural setting. For the outdoor enthusiast and history buff, there is so much to do and see in and around historic Greenwood. There is no shortage of exciting hiking/cycling trails. Many travel near abandoned mine sites or beautiful mountain lakes and streams. Step back in time and spend an afternoon enjoying the early 20th century architecture while browsing in the quaint shops or stopping at a café.
